Out Of The Box

If you experience exhaustion at the slightest use of your energy every time, it might influence most areas of your life, should it be left to chance.

There is a law that states the things are at their best initially but gradually decline as time goes on (I think Entropy). How this relates is when we first started out living our lives, we started enthusiastically, full of zest, only to be caught up with silly routines that trapped us and made us feel less of ourselves. Or when you buy a car, a phone, or a machine, the value immediately starts to go down from its first use.

Has this ever happened to you; you do some little work and get tired like you carried a bag of sand?
Or the mere thought of you wanting to do something zapped the energy from you?

What could be the explanation?
Is it even a regular incident?
Can I do something about it?

I do not know how best to answer these questions in your head, but I sure do know that a constant state of exhaustion is a major problem, and it can affect all areas of your life.
If you continue to reading, then you are seeking the right answers to the question posed formerly.

“Your life is boring if:
You go to work
Go to church
Go to school then;
Go Home”

The Boxed Way of Living.

Let us agree that most of us adults move in a box. We spend our time in three regular places. We go to work, go to our place of worship (Church for Believers, Mosques for Muslim faithful), go to school, and return home. It’s boring, can you not see it.
That is why you are tired. Nothing new is added to your routine, and it is zapping the life out of you.

Can we tweak that a little bit?

How about we go to work to add value to our work, we go to our place of worship to add value to it, and we go to school to add value to it. Ever dawned on you that there are people in those three places?
Add Value to Them.

“We all have a job that is bigger than our trade.”

Inhale some Inspiration.

Man is a spirit, has a soul but lives in a body. Notice the spirit and the soul are pretty much intangible, yea. So what fuels it is not food. It is not clothing nor shelter. There is more to things we can see. We need a sense of belonging; we need a sense of purpose; we need guidance from the extra lunar.

Surround yourself with things that money cannot buy. Things that do not have price tags attached to them. That is not the ultimate, but it’s a start. Then we can have access to loads of information.

“Your success is hidden in
Your daily routine.”

Bringing It Home.

90% of the time, significant changes are birthed from small changes in our daily actions. I can not agree less with the quote above. But you are trying. As a matter of fact, you need a pat on the back. You normally would not read an article like this if it did not have some celebrity gist, but here you are reading right till the end.
